Lowes banned TD

I was there briefly and a free Wi-Fi popped up so I used it. Try to login to TD And saw a Cisco network notification pop-up saying the site was unavailable and saw

I've been on a public wifi where TigerDroppings was blocked but SECRant was not blocked.
