Serous answer.
I'm 5'10" 220# with most of the excess weight around my gut. I was diagnosed with low testosterone about 3 years ago and put on subcutaneous Xyosted 100mL injections weekly. My testosterone when tested originally was about 40 (264-916 is normal).
Just got my bloodwork back after restarting the injections 3 months ago after about a year away. Current level is 471. I feel better and more energetic than I have in a while. It's made a positive difference in my life.

The difference it makes in mood and mental state is more impactful than any other effect.

What do you think TRT is? It’s testosterone replacement therapy
so yes, it’s prescription testosterone C or the Dr. implants the pellets.

About 100-200 mg/mL and 400ng/dL less.

No it isn’t. Each dose is unique to the patient. If you think 150mg of enclomiphene weekly and 1.5 mL of test a week is “roids” you’re sorely mistaken.
Try 600-1000mg a week

I just celebrated my 62nd birthday and had blood work done and was found to have testosterone levels roughly have of what the low numbers should be.
First off, I am assuming you haven’t undergone a sex change that would lower your testosterone levels.
If you are still a natural baw, you need to join a gym. The more you work out, the more testosterone your body will produce. It will also help with your weight. I haven’t checked the chart, but it sounds like they would classify you as obese.
If you aren’t married, try to find a much younger woman like Bill Belichick. This will also help increase your testosterone levels.
If you start working out, lose 60 pounds, and start dating somebody 40 years younger you may be surprised how high your testosterone levels are. However, if you accomplish these things and they are still low, then go see a doctor. If you have to go this route, ask him if there are any negative impacts on your life span.

I kind of hyper respond.
40 twice a week.
Honest answer? I feel zero difference between a 450 level and this.
Zero.

You will have to donate blood regularly when you are on Testosterone,
After 14 or so donations once a week, my naturally high levels settled into high normal donating every 45 days or so.
I've donated two bags in a day
Upon leaving I ate a dozen double small sliders. I wasn't even hungry. My body just screamed at me for red meat.
And the first time in my life I've ever craved liver.... :barf:

Do it, but keep a close eye on your hematocrit.

You need to lose at least 40 lbs.

Based on what? Telling someone who’s 5’ 10” 220 that they need to lose 40 pounds without any other information about their body comp is retarded

Based on overwhelming odds, and the fact that for probably 90% of people, that is extremely overweight. The poster also mentioned "excess weight" and his "gut".
Oh, I suppose I'll give you that the poster could be a jacked athletic specimen, but again, the overwhelming odds are against that.
I'll also go with the fact that I'm a little over 5' 10", and I lift pretty heavy at least four days a week and have been doing so for close to 10 years. I also weigh 185 lbs, and I could still stand to lose close to another 10 lbs.
So, take all that, shove it up your arse, and go frick yourself. Deal?

Telling me that I am 60 pounds overweight is ridiculous. I was a bit of an athlete in my day. I may be 25 over. Thank you to those who thoughtfully answered. To the guy who is 64 and never had his PSA number checked do so.

Doctors generally set the threshold at 300 total for treatment. Optimal is 900-ish. Side effects generally start kicking in at above 1,000.
