Yeah we saw it while walking the dog. It's some prop plane that takes off from Slidell.

ETA: it's mosquito. They're flying back and forth in lines

I also heard it. They're spraying a fluoride mist to make us more docile.

When I used to walk my dog at night and saw the fog truck, I would toss the dog in the car and drive to the lakefront. I hate breathing that shite. The plane is worse.

Yep. I was at my son's jr high football game a few years ago at Mandeville High. A big arse plane(for what I thought a skeeter plane would look like) made two passes not much higher than the tree lines around the school and neighborhood. Scared the bejeezus out of me. It had green and red lights on it one on each wing tip.

It was aerial abatement as planned.

Still mosquito trucks around here, I remember a few years ago explaining to my son what it was the first time he saw it driving down our road.

I don't know, but I just saw something flying in the distance, it was lit up, but not very high, I could just see it above the tree line, and then I couldn't anymore. It couldn't have been more than a couple of miles away.
