Perhaps if she had asked the manager to call her number or something along those lines instead of going complete looney tunes, everyone else would have been more patient.
Instead, she threw out accusations right from the start. I would have blown her off too, black or white.
The manager was useless, too. Didn't attempt to calm her down at all, and now the hotel has a shite show on it's hands.
