There are people throughout ICUs in the city on ventilators because of this. If the numbers

Wouldn’t wish that on my worse enemy. I cared for my grandfather when he had Alzheimer’s (and the dementia they came with it). He passed away from it but I think death is better than the hell he went through.
Seemed like he was a prisoner I’m his own mind. Like in his mind he was quite functional and coherent but his reality was nothing close to our reality

Rather doubt medical providers are influenced by any fear mongering. Went for post cancer follow up at Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center this afternoon & they were all shook...doing their work as professionals though. Every hour they have to stop work & re-sanitize their work areas, especially the waiting room. Everyone entering has to answer a series of questions at the front door & then has their temp taken. Safe to assume these medical experts know what they are dealing with.
