Arkansas needs it completed more than Louisiana does. LA needs I-49 South completed like 100x more than the Arkansas segment.

Super shite take. Tourists flow like Niagara Falls thru MSY from all around the world. A highway to nowhere isn’t a priority for tourism. But an additional terminal and 20 more gates in NOLA is.
