I have lived in 3 of them. My dad currently lives in a 4th. One of the Senators shares my last name.

I don't know why it says Winnfield, he lives in Natchitoches. Some kind of kin of Dandy Don, BTW.

But to get serious for a second. Why make this a law? 99% of people have no plans to ever frick a goat, horse, cow, pig, dog.. or any other animal. Even some of the biggest idiots in the world know that is not normal behavior. The 1% (maybe less than that) who decides to take a donkey to pound town is going to do it whether it's illegal or not. It's not like all of a sudden they are going to be like "oh no. I wanted to frick that sheep. Been doing it for the past 7 years now, but it's not illegal. I don't want to go to jail for fricking sheep so let me stop". You just send those people to a mental institution and worry about the fricking budget crisis the state has.

So much for that “I would bet they are all from North Louisiana” presumption. Looks like the majority is not.

I hate when laws are inconsistent.

Which one would you flip to make it consistent?

Does this have something to do with why we drive on a parkway and park on a driveway?

A lot of ignorance in this thread. If anything, we should be ridiculing the 25 that voted for it.
