Louisiana doesn’t have South Pars field or the strategic location in the ME.

Yes. That’s why I put the catch all at the end. They are all crooked. What surprised me is how cheap those bastards can be bought for. Someone said our politicians are like whores. I think that is an insult to our good whores. I know more good whores than good politicians.
