To answer the other question. I believe we are at 50% for both bars and restaurants. With restaurants about to hit 75% I guess. Or whatever the next phase was.
Bars either just made 50% or I am wrong and have been to places that are just dead or others that are ignoring.

Rolling averages. Some minor increases visible in new cases & deaths on the trend line, but hospitalizations and tests/case ratios continue to decrease or remain constant.
