I read as “unofficial“, not “official that got leaked”
Why does the task force have different requirements than the WH/ CDC?
Why would it not be released to the public?
What happens if we have 14 days of decreases but do not fall under the % threshold?
Dr. Birx tells JBE to keep things shut down?

but it seems like they are using cases per 100k and positivity % to make decisions nowadays
