So, from July 13th-August 2nd did the number of cases drop(in accordance with test performed, of course), with regards, say to 3 weeks prior to the mask order?

so in two days worth of tests we still had drops in hospitalized and vents, this is good news

Raw numbers continue upward steady but there is the appearance of a leveling off in hospital turnover and deaths. This could be a good turn.

LDH hasn't updated the positivity rate graph since July 24th so we don't really know. Those latest dates show a positivity rate of 14% for each of those last days, however it seems like the negative test results lag the positives so I would expect those rates to drop when they start inputting those

There were plenty of signs that we were starting to turn the corner prior to the last round of changes to the executive order (deceleration occurred). This is especially true considering that each day's test report are not really from that day, it's a mix of results taken from the week or two prior to the reporting date.

On the LDH website the "New cases by collection date" peak was 7/13. If you tested positive on 7/13, you were infected a week before that - or before the mask order (Quite possibly the 4th of July mini-surge). The mask order/bar closure may aid in a steeper drop on the back end of the peak, which would start to become evident this week.
