Damn I am glad I moved away from the bayou. It’s getting to the point it doesn’t make sense to live down there.

i wrote a LA Citizens policy for a 230k house in the east. Was damn near 7k. This is before this planned rate increase. Some reason, this area rated like shite.

Every Insurance commissioner has been saying this for decades. The legislators and injury lawyers fight this.
