I’m all for policing, but trying to arrest someone for a warrant without the warrant is retarded. It would be the same if the cops came to search your house with a warrant but said it was at the office. Personally I would have got off the tractor and went with them, but can also understand why he was like frick that.

two Marshalls showed up at my house several years ago to arrest me for a traffic issue that I had dealt with already..I didn't know to ask to see the warrant, but I was pretty straight forward with them and explained my situation..I followed them in my car to the DSPD station and cleared everything up in person..

I wonder why they didn’t mention the college in Washington is a community college.

If a cop stops you for speeding and a warrant comes up when he runs your info he don’t have to have the warrant to take you into custody. He only needs knowledge of said warrant. The guy was trying to smokescreen like they all do. Look at the guy that pulled a gun that there was a thread about last week. The whole time he was trying to get justification for detainment he had a visible weapon. Just trying to buy time to shoot or run.

understand the reasoning to know why you are being arrested. Hell I'd want to know and not just come and see and we will tell you later, so failure on the police part for not having the warrant with them or knowing what it was for.
Cops will usually explain that to you after you’ve been detained. They don’t want to have a debate while you can still potentially access a weapon.
Comply and don’t die.

The cops immediately called for Acadian Ambulance, and realized he wasn't breathing towards the end of the video. They could've pulled him out and started CPR, but the ambulance was on the way. I'd like to know what happened inside of the car also
