I think we're all treasure hunters at heart - love to find unexpected cool stuff - large and small.
This is pretty much for "Finders" (
), but "Losers" are welcomed to post too ( 
). Naturally, high-dollar items are the most interesting but not required. Just unexpected discoveries.
About a month ago, I was running by Best Buy and found a "Jackson" next to the curb. This morning, I found a dollar bill in the Walk-On's parking lot. Some years ago, I was snorkeling in Destin about 100 feet out and found $14 in cash on the bottom. I jog through shopping center parking lots and often find pennies/nickels/dimes/quarters.

Found two 20s blowing across a grocery store parking lot a few months back.

I put a shiny new nickel in the till to exchange for this one. I feel a little sorry for the person who spent it without realizing how old it was. Maybe they thought it was Canadian.
