Read my post, the flight plan is for 12k feet, plus they are going through weather.

Do not think that’s the case. I was on a flight once that had trouble pressurizing the cabin. We turned around and went back to the airport.

I’m sure needs maintenance on its pressurization system and is being ferried to Houston to get the work done. No passengers on board

Probably a ferry to a maintenance facility.
10k still provides enough atmospheric pressure to maintain a decent cabin altitude.

Always amazed at how many planes are in the sky at one time.
