The Third Circuit overturns Judge Guy Bradberry's decision to hold attorney Christian Chesson in contempt of court

Chesson was not present for the Jan. 27 rape sentencing upon which Bradberry based his findings. There was no evidence that Chesson recorded a rape victim at a Feb. 27 hearing, when Bradberry said the recording took place. There was also no evidence that Chesson was present in court on Jan. 12, the date listed on the motion ordering the contempt of court hearing.

i've got a couple of BK cases with that guy. He got in trouble for videoing? Gotta admit, there are a few times when I was tempted to take some video in court. When you have a Perry Mason moment while the judge is asleep, it gets pretty aggravating.

i think a bigger question is why the hearing was done in such a manner that the statements by the DA's employees who allegedly witnessed the incident (i'm not sure if this references the one in which chesson wasn't even in court or not, but it would be funny if it was) weren't testimony or evidence.
