Only thing we dont get here is hurricanes. The Central Plains has the worst weather in America.

if only the rain forecast for Wednesday held back a day until the temperature dips... we could get some snow

Friend of mine has been working in the north slope Alaska for the last month. He hasn't seen the sun and it's dipped to -34 at times. Couldn't pay me enough.

I've had guides we met in Canada make the same comment right before a morning 4 wheeler and then boat ride to a blind in Louisiana.
Trust me, 28 feels cold when the humidity is Damn near fully saturated.

Mountains are pretty and all but you could not pay me enough to live somewhere like that. Worth visiting for a week, sure. But having to wake up and go to work in that? no thanks.
