An Alabama man is facing an attempted burglary charge after police say he tried to break into a home while carrying a sex toy and a Taser. According to the Mobile County Sheriff's Office, it happened Monday at a home on Matlock Road in Mobile. Homeowners reported someone was trying to come in through a kitchen window. The suspect disappeared after the homeowner screamed. Deputies said they found several other neighbors who said the man either knocked on their door or was seen going in and out of several yards. Deputies eventually found a man riding a bicycle that fit the description of the suspect. Homeowners identified him as the person who tried to break in. That person was identified as 19-year-old Daniel James Bennett. Deputies said Bennett was found carrying a Taser, a pair of hair styling scissors, a pack of razor blades and a large rubber sex toy with a tube attached to it. Bennett was previously arrested in January, 2018, accused of molesting a horse.
