This is true. There is also a VERY serious crime problem that is being covered up. Traffic is terrible. People are rude as hell. Property and sales taxes are highest in the state. You really don't want to move there. Mandeville or Covington are much nicer.

Brother in law is building there as well. Wouldnt have minded building there in the future but we're already neighbors now.

On a serious note, the parcel of land right past Willow Bend on 1085 is about to be developed. I want to say that there will be around 24 homes in there.

That whole area is going downhill fast. You should look into the eastern side of the parish. Slidell/Pearl River. You could build a Pearl River Palace for 500k.

Place would be ok if it werent for the sinkholes. I heard mexicans were getting bad there too.

Yes. Immediately past Willow Bend on the right if you're headed towards the interstate.
I've also heard rumors of Smoothie King coming soon just past the McDonalds on the right. We need the traffic circle completed so something is developed on the corner of 1077 and 1085.
