Just paint it the same yellow as the LSU logo. It will be fine.

why does everyone use this color paint? it looks like baby shite color is right. I can see it in like AZ not everywhere. I think the paimt looks great in the store.

I painted my living room condo walls a medium greyish purple. Got paint from Sherwin Williams.
However, I don't remember the exact color I used. They will give you paint color swatches. I found the colors on the swatches to be pretty close to the dried paint.
Sherwin Willams Purple
One bedroom was painted grey and the other a darker greyish purple in the same swatch as the lighter color.
Greys and other neutral colors
I always chose the "middle of the pack" on the swatches for the lighter colors.

Agreeable gray is a female driven spec house color. frick that for a man cave. Go bolder. Stronger. I’m all for a gray but go something like Greyhound at lightest, I’d go more Gauntlet Gray personally. If you want a little purple tint to a dark gray midnight or plum.
