Every Day I see things in the hood that would make your skin crawl, like maggots on pit bull corpse. I’ve seen those, just sitting and rotting in the sun upon the midden heap.

I do my jobs there in the morning, while the worst of the denizens there still slumber. It’s a third world. A third world where once dwelt prosperity and decency.
