How could you quantify the Earth if you are dead? If you can't quantify something, then it doesn't exist.

By what means could a dead person measure or observe the Earth to prove that it exists? You can't.

So, no, the Earth doesn't exist after you die.

Yes. The earth continued to exist after my peepaw died 10 yeas ago.

There's no reason to think the earth won't out live the OT. Some pundits are saying it's already dead.

This was pretty well worked out when both rationalism and strict empiricism ended in solipsism. What is your starting point from which your epistemology is based? Cogito? Tabula Rasa? Can you affirm that the world has ever existed beyond an impression of the world that you perceive?
