Local first responders to begin filming for popular TV show "Nightwatch" this week

The 12 East Baton Rouge medics will be featured on A&E's 'Nightwatch'. Filming beings June 7th and will last 10 weeks. In March of this year, the company 44 Blue Products received approval to cast area medics for the show.
Nightwatch is an unscripted, hour-long series that follows emergency responders as they work the overnight shift.
According to a release, the show will air this fall on Cox channel 39.
so is this like LivePD but with first responder's?

Gravy is going to be so mad when all they show are black shooting victims. He wants them to instead focus on the real threats to our city like the 90 year old who fell at his South BR nursing home.

I’m also surprised at the number of men in there. If you want to go into emergency services as a male, go into policing or the fire department. EMS just get shat on so much and they have no real glory moments.
