In a city with 100k plus blacks people, he has under 5k followed to his profile and under 12K subscribers to his rag. We've been talking about him for a while and his needle hasn't moved. The discussion of him here hasn't drawn anyone to him.

Ive got half of those subscriptions. Found it was cheaper than buying toilet paper.

I've been many times. I agree that night time is the right time, but I don't think I've ever been out at 4am still trying to catch frogs. I've always been right after dark...Maybe I'm wrong.

I've been out as late as midnight or maybe 1:00am. Never that late, though. And I don't know many females who would even go frogging at night.

Typical morons trying to defend an indefensible thug by obfuscation.

Yeah pretty sure BRPD would have to get an electrical line from Entergy to effectively taser Gary.

They aren't seeking justice. The only injustice that occurred in this entire matter was the feds stringing out their investigation to allow tensions to calm while letting the two officers lie in wait.

Any reasonable person who learns the facts of the Sterling matter will conclude that the police were absolutely justified in their actions. This isn't even a close case. In fact, of all the cases between police and blacks garnering national attention, this one is the most clear cut.

Chambers has zero credibility and continues to dig in on the hill on which he is intent on dying.

Yea, but 'justice' doesn't require facts. Facts are irrelevant to 'justice', and just tend to get in the way.

Well, this is where social media has complicated the entire matter. It has more to do with what is trending than anything else. When issues like this take off, they begin to feed on themselves and morph into these beasts where truth has zero bearing on the core of the movement. We've seen the same thing with "rape culture" and the "pay gap" issues. Both were based on non-scientific, non-peer reviewed studies, but once the narrative took off, the actual truth was a tangential concern.

I've got a serious question for Alton Sterling's family. I don't mean to be insensitive, but in all honesty, Would they rather Alton still be alive and selling CDs in the middle of the night, OR have the $700k they received from the Go Fund Me nonsense?

I think I know the answer.

Gravy had his car repossessed last year, I doubt he's worth the paper they filed suit on

$700k (yes, Chauna, k means thousand) is just the appetizer.

The money they're going to get from the city is the main course.
