Could be the authorities were already in the area capturing Donald Robinson and Jadon Brown for burglarizing NFL player Cam Jordan's home.
They were tracked down to south Fulton County
And now we have Groves
Groves was cornered in south Fulton County on honeysuckle road , and if you look at the map , he had a sweet set up for being on the lam so long.
Let's see --- Ellery Bar and Lounge, All- in-1 Beauty, Best -Fresh Laundromat , Dollar Tree, Sweet Thangs Carnival Eats Atlanta.
All to be holed up , and take a guess ....

Prisoners are frequently transported back to their local jails for court appearances. It's likely that he had a recent or upcoming court appearance.
