Beltways, loops, spurs, connectors... short sections of the interstate system that branch off the main section get 3 digits with the last 2 being the ones from the main that it branches from. Thus the even/odd directional rule doesn't apply to them.
Don't give me shite about it, I didn't invent the system.

It's a spur off of 30, how do you suggest it be numbered? It's exactly like 110 in BR. It goes north-south and only connects to 10 at one end.
Pensacola also has a 110 that goes north-south and only touches 10 in one place.

This image has a story:
The odd fricker in the bathtub obviously stirred the suspicions of internet strangers on a message board and made them uncomfortable as to what was going on between him and the dog. Some concerned citizen called it into the PD, but they needed more info. One of the Arky fans on the message board volunteered to go undercover and help bust the perv. A plan was hatched by the local PD. The Arky poster would be sent in undercover to form a relationship with the Coyote and build trust with him and his poor dog.
Everything was going well until the Undercover Hog started to have feelings for Bathtub Boy and his pooch. He was able to shake it though, despite the nightly bathing rituals. Undercover Hog continued on his mission, being mostly successful in tamping down his feelings for the good of the pup. He started to envision a life where it was just him and the pup, Nymeria, and got more and more excited as the days passed.
The day finally arrived when the PD, with help of SWAT would make their arrest and put an end to this sick web of perversion. However, the one catch was the fact that Undercover Hog has never had a great poker face. He simply cannot hide his excitement when he knows he is about to win.
This photo was snapped by a detective at the very moment a SWAT member was making entry into the bathroom. Notice, Undercover Hog is nearly shaking with glee from the climax of his mission. The Coyote seems resigned in his fate. It is hard to tell how the pup is feeling from this angle, but her relief has to be tempered by the "frying pan to fire" situation that has befallen her.
