Until you’ve rocked the Terry cloth v- neck and the red tough skins, you couldn’t possibly understand the greatness of being a kid in that decade. I had a mood ring, a turquoise necklace, my girlfriend ( what a Fox) was listening to Bread sing about about making it with me, -it was tight man.

Charles the Great was rad man. Didn’t notice those cars, too busy with the family Gremlin and Vega. I tucked the concert t shirt in, and wore an unbuttoned, untucked flannel over it man. I wasn’t a dweeb or a ninny. I bet you were dorky as hell. Whereas I was boogeying on down with the foxes.
