The Confederate monuments removal is giving them the foot in the door that they needed. This is about to escalate quickly. Almost everything related to the south pre 1870 is about to be in the crosshairs next.

I predict that first it will start with vandalism like graffiti and broken windows then escalate to forcing local or state governments to get involved to shut them down as businesses. Once that proves fruitless, you'll see the torches fire up.

I love how all the closet-nazis are okay with lincoln's statue getting vandalized but will melt for literally hours if some insignificant statue in North Carolina is ripped down
