I think he's saying Lincoln deserved the vandalism because he was some kind of unhealthy dinosaur? Maybe a pun about an extinct giant or something? A sick semper tyranus? I guess the semper tyranus was a cousin of the tyranus Rex? But the trex died of an ice age not an a illness so I'm confused
