Life’s isnt meaningless unless you beleive it is. The future and past are meaningless because one is over and the other hasn’t happened yet. What is important is right now. Always will be.

Pussies let the past control them. Pussies only dream of a better future. Real men go after what they want. Don’t forget that and don’t be a pussy.

If it were just me, I might be able to simply disengage, retreat to solitude, engage in individual pursuits, and scoff at the world's decline. But I have a daughter. I'm charged with providing for her and raising her. I have to not only find a way to survive in a mad world, but to excel and safeguard the people I love, all without sacrificing my fundamental principles. A child makes it much harder to be indifferent. I'm sure most parents feel the same.

I’m not sure about the meaning of life but I know the best thing in life is sleeping with a pregnant woman. That’s why I have 4 kids.

Too late, my time has come
Sends shivers down my spine
Body's aching all the time
Goodbye everybody, I've got to go
Gotta leave you all behind and face the truth

Mama, ooh
I don't want to die
I sometimes wish I'd never been born at all

It’s amazing that so many of you act like the big questions regarding the meaning of life have never been explored.

We have regressed sooo far as a society in such a short period of time, it’s staggering.

Some of you need to read a fricking book or two.

I'm 43yo and I've never seen this country in such disarray, nor have my relatives in their 70's and 80's. If you'd told me in 1990 that the fricking clown on TV named Donald Trump who, if you're close to my age, was most definitely known as nothing more than a clown during that time, would be president I'd have to laugh in your face.

The things this man has done to divide this nation. The things he's done to loot our national treasure. The things he's done to skirt the law. His narcissism. His bowing to despots. The nepotism. The car salesman facade. Impotence to defend this nation. Fake this. Fake that. Worried about TV ratings more than dead Americans. Indifference to humanity. Killing NATO. Killing the WHO in the midst of a global pandemic. Allowing Russian bounties on our soldiers heads without so much as a peep of fricking defense for our troops. Pardoning criminals. Disparaging the good names of historic heroes like John McCain. Insulting parents who lost their children in service of this country. Refusing to celebrate D-Day among the graves of dead Americans in France because it was raining outside. Ignoring science for political gain. Pulling out of climate accords because? Alienated us from every Western ally around the globe. Sending federal troops to teargas peaceful protestors for a photo op. Inability to admit he has ever failed. Reluctance to look to God for help despite claiming Christianity. I could go on....and on.....and on.

And Republicans in Congress? Silence.

This post will be downvoted to no end because this board is based out of LA and full of LA people who are die-hard Trumpists.

But ya know what? If you're not worried right now, if you're not paying attention to what's going on right now, if you're even moderately accepting of what has occurred over the course of the last 3.50 years, or especially the last 6 months, you aren't a patriot. You aren't a good American. You lack integrity. You are a fricking flaming hypocrite. You have your goddamned head in the sand.

IF you aren't worried about your life as an American in July 2020 and take this "life is meaningless" blase attitude, go frick yourself. A lot of blood and tears have been shed to make this the greatest nation the world has EVER known and it's inconceivable to me that some are willing to just shrug their shoulders. As embarrassed as I am for the enablers, indifference at this point in history is even more inexcusable.
