Licki Brush Has come to Louisiana

I saw a woman on Bourbon Street yesterday grooming her cat in a very weird way with her mouth. I went over and asked her what she was doing and she said she was using her new Licki Brush. She was from Livingston Parish so this didn’t surprise me.
