I range from 175 to 205. I can't seem to stay under 190 for more than a few months. I could go upward of 215 but pull the brake at 205. How in the hell do people not gain weight? Do any of you struggle with your weight?

Are you really that confused about this? Do you not know how weight gain works?

3000 calories one day, the next day 1200-1500, repeat. Eat your fruit, vegetables and lean meat. I've calorie cycled like this for years. You don't lose, but you definitely won't gain.
