It still looks like from Tuscaloosa South to Mobile could be the area with the best chance to see discrete action ahead of the line. We have a broken line with some cells out front on the 12z HRRR. Temps will be pushing the mid-80s with dews in the mid-60s. The shear will be there. CAPE is good enough. Supercell composite maximizes in that area. STP, too.
The rest of the state is likely to see a wind event with embedded rotations along the line.

I like the HRRR a little more on storm mode in general.
Dont like any of them showing discrete cells though with this much shear.
