8 tornadic cells from I-10 to I-20 in Louisiana
Make that 9
And it ain't even in the best parameters. Instability increasing out in front, though it is in the heart of the LLJ.
Derived from the Ft. Polk radar. So yeah, that'll do it.

The two northern cells look the most interesting. That second one heading towards Jonesboro looks nasty.

Duke, can you give a quick description of what is considered bad in that graphic? I have no idea who i'm looking at when yall post those. Is a red line bad and green line good, weather wise? Thanks for all of your weather help!

I’m just north of Ashland, a few miles inside Bienville Parish line. Raining hard now, looks like that tornado crossed just south of Ashland.
We are west of Ashland. Funnel cloud looks like it was trying to drop. It was crazy. Everybody in the line of these storms be safe and hope everybody comes out ok.

Eastern half of LA and western MS are gonna have a looong afternoon of taking it on the chin, that line is ROUGH down there.
I'm seeing at least 9 tornado warnings active at once?

Gotta be in class right when the lines passes through so I can’t stand at the window and watch it.
Though it is atms so we might all do that in class anyways.

The longer the hook, the higher the pucker factor. Got it. Thanks.
Wind is rocking here in Lafayette. I'm watching a stop sign out of my office window that is being held on by 2 loose screws. Waiting for it to go on a ride. Yall stay safe out there, baws.
