No pocket, no care.

Besides, my company, Southern Tidal Marsh Vines Fratwear Polo's are way, way better.

Tidal Marsh

Gotta love these try-hard brands that keep coming out. The naming conventions have gotten so predictable. If you can blend themes of outdoorsy, yachty, offshore fishing, or distinctly southern, start up a frat clothing company and let 'er rip. I think the least creative one I've seen was "Coastal Cotton".

Me and my buddy are gonna start a company called Fish Boat South clothing.

Southern Tide is good stuff. I'll wear it.

Southern Marsh is okay. They have some cool tees. I got a Southern Marsh tee the other day that has Jackson Square on the back. I like it.

Whichever one makes the synthetic fishing t shirts is the one I like. Polos are eh.

In my experience, the younger fraternity guys went for all of those brands, while the older ones stick with the standards. We wore mostly BB and the outdoor brands (patagonia, MH, etc.) when I was a Jr./Sr. Probably on to Peter Millar now.

Fratters are moving on. Onward Reserve is a good barometer for southern greek life.

Will Watts was a friend of mine at Ole Miss. He co-founded Onward Reserve and recently sold his portion of it. Very nice guy. That business is doing very, very well. He had to get out for personal reasons, but they are growing rapidly apparently.

are ANY of the brands actually manufactured in Louisiana / the Gulf states / the South / the U.S.?

None of the Perlis clothes I own appear to be made in the U.S., let alone in Louisiana. Personally, I'd throw my money at a clothing line that manufactures in the state, region or country.
