How many people get the death penalty without being a murderer or a serial child molester?
How many would you like to give out?

pardons tPOS, they all do it, some are probably not even aware of who they pardoned, nor what crimes they committed

Biden commuted 37 of 40 federal death penalties, it just means those 37 people will spend the rest of their life in jail. Calm down people.

Damn Joe Biden! If he harbors such vehement opposition to the death penalty, then he should muster the intellectual integrity to amend the law through legislative channels rather than subverting the very tenets of legal procedure, democratic will, and the sanctity of judicial outcomes. My mother served on a jury tasked with the harrowing responsibility of deciding life or death, a duty that crushes the spirit of those who bear it. And what does Biden do? He flippantly dismisses the solemn deliberations of these jurors, effectively sneering "F U" to the collective conscience and painstaking effort of the American judicial system. This is not governance; it's an egregious act of executive overreach that undermines the foundational principles of our legal framework.

Biden doesn't have enough sense to research these people and make these calls, his handlers are doing all of this.
You know, the stick it to Trump DEI freak show

Biden is a retarded pedophile that has no idea where he is right now.

Looks like Antoinette Franks isn't going to have her sentence commuted and a date of execution will be set sooner than later.

Agreed. I can't believe that it has taken this long!

Davis and Franks should’ve been executed 20+ years ago. Death row is practically a life sentence at this point anyway.
