I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack when I'm doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now.
After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face an exfoliating gel scrub.
Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

Then I take a nice fertile load to the face and rub that on my bags.

Explain please?

Inflamed sinuses affect the normal blood flood in the capillaries behind your eyes and nasal cavities, creating swollen blood vessels. Swollen blood vessels cause the veins behind the eyes to dilate and darken, giving the appearance of dark circles. When this delicate area is constantly swelling and shrinking, the eyes can become puffy and irritated.

Similarly many eye creams made to reduce inflammation contain caffeine.

Seriously. Rodan and Fields stuff works. It's expensive as frick(like $50) but find a rep to give you samples first. That stuff is legit way better than otc and most dermatologist scripts.

Blepharoplasty on lower lids

These other responses about creams and ointments are nonsense.
A hobby knife is the answer.

1. Stop eating so much salt.
2. Get more sleep.
3. Compress of chilled wet tea bags.
4. Preparation H under eyes.

Do you have bad allergies? If so, they could be allergy related

Weird that this topic is posted today. I woke up with huge bags under my eyes this morning. Prolly from a salty Italian dinner last night. Go raid the wife’s eye cream stuff. They always have the goods.

But you have to work hard in order to have a quality life.

What kind of tea? Green? Black? Oolong? Herbal?

I’ll add daily allergy meds and a high end eye cream. I also recommend micro Botox under the eyes.

A high concentrated vitamin c serum.
The brand Timeless is amazing. It only lasts a few months so put it all over your face and neck to get use out of it. Store it in the fridge for longer life. Make sure you wear SPF every day because it makes you more photosensitive.
You use it once a day after washing your face.
Edit - Also you can get a little bit of filler put in. Like what women get in their lips. It won’t look weird.. it will totally remove the bags.
Bags under eyes are typically entirely hereditary. So there’s not a ton you can do.

It won’t totally remove the appearance of bags but will contour that area (fill tear troughs) where it appears less noticeable.

I was meaning to say totally in more of a ~totally~ way rather than a totally way. Does that make sense?
