so from your previous post, doesnt sound like you lift. although you arent morbidly obese, you are still 25-30lbs overweight.
that is prolly your biggest issue. just saying. not judging, i am same stats currently but i do lift and have lifted hard for a very long time. I still consider myself fat, so....judge yourself accordingly.

Yes, I am acutely aware that I am a bit over weight, especially by OT standards.

So, update for all since you have been so kind in your responses.
I think I literally bought every item mentioned since my update on page 5.
The good news is that I have not had any of the severe cramps I mentioned. I've been taking the supplements, eating a banana or drinking the milt, and I loaded up on some more pickle juice. I've also been drinking about 16 ounces of gatorade sometime during the day. I've had mild cramps, but nothing I couldn't deal with without actually having to get out of bed. Thanks for all that advice.
I did go to my annual with my Doctor earlier this week. This was my main topic. He's not much of a believer in supplements, but wasn't against them either. Basically said to drink some electrolytes each day. He did however think one of my meds might be contributing to it, so he asked me to stop taking it for a month, and then we could do blood work and reevaluate.
Anyway, again, just wanted to say thanks for all the info.

Do you drink water regularly throughout the day (not fluids, many with caffeine...but water)
Do you move/exercise?
Do you eat a balanced diet?
Do you get enough sunlight?
Generally speaking, try this regularly before taking a pill that medical industry tends to push. If pill needed after doing these things and cramps persist, by all means take Dr.'s orders.
Just don't short cut to the pill automatically is my 2 cents.

Yes. Have coffee, typically 2 cups and then water after 9am. Drink decent amount of water all day. Probably at least 72 ounces.

Yes, up and down stairs all day, and walk at least a mile to two miles.

Mostly Keto, limit my carbs.

How much is enough? Go outside with the pups for 30 minutes to an hour a day, and more often when I can. Spend a lot of time outside in the summer and weekends.

No not at all, and my Doctor doesn't really believe in supplements, so his comment was take it if I want to, but he doesn't think that makes much of a difference. Water and electrolytes was his answer.
