How do y’all drink so much water?

I try to drink a lot, but will try more. I already only sleep about 6 hours before having to go to the bathroom

Work out. Not hard to accomplish this when you are exercising.

Doesn't help for me. My body simply doesn't care and I have to force down water. Even after running for miles. I tried adding Mio but those stevia drops destroyed my stomach.

Could you have too much potassium? For instance orange juice and a couple bananas caused cramps for me once.

Have you considered lift, cardio, and bjj?

It’s easy when you go to the gym.

Drink it with all your meals and snacks

You could have both legs amputated.
True true. Probably even consider replacing them with bananas.

Leg Champs is the BEST! In the past I have had severe leg cramps even to the point of fainting. This stuff works and VERY quickly!

I don't think so, not typically eating bananas or orange juice, but I don't always think about tracking such.

Depending on weight 130 oz is kinda a baseline.
I'm/was an alcoholic, so I drink a shite ton of water as a habit, but I also workout 1/2 x's a day and keep my small house warm so I sweat a good bit even in just shorts(I work from home). I try to eat good, think potassium, niacin, vit-d(sun), vit-c and copper rich foods. Salads offer lots of water too, but I also do a 60(h2o)/40(gaterade powder) or 70/30 gaterade powder 16oz drink for lunch with salad. You need salt and potassium, so if you piss alot, you better replenish or health issues. I've actually felt drunk/light-headed drinking so much water. I felt like shite for about 12 hrs or so.....I pissed alot and completely clear, I've thrown up water a few times because I drank too much of it, not cool.
Fruit/protein smoothies 3-5 x's a week.

Gatorade or Powerade.

Stay hydrated and eat bananas
Fairlife Chocolate Milk.
1 cup has more potassium than a banana and it taste good. Added bonus of hydration.

I was thinking about drinking some of that Gatorade sugar free before bed

Yeah...you probably have some electrolytes out of balance.
Toss back a few adult beverages on top of that and your potassium (at least) will certainly be out of whack.

Not scare you. Friend of mine had leg pain/cramps. Similar to yours. Turned out to be cancer.

Drink a glass of dill pickle juice.
