No, I'm not. But I believe in Episode One of the Zurik reports that he said they were city cameras.
However, it would make much more sense that their brazen activities weren't recorded on a NOPD crime camera. Not that LaToya would give a frick, but it it would make more sense to the general public. Maybe the French Market Corporation gets some, or all, of its funding from the city budget.
