I heard $250,000-$300,000 to replace signs. More for logos and other items. It's taXpAyers MoneY So iT's oK.

They probably tried to keep the same initials, LHS, to save money.

I'm ok with the name. Don't think they should have changed it at all but, Liberty works.

I think it was chosen so they can keep the LHS abbreviation
