Can we just start jailing the ignorant assholes on that stretch? Just on weekends to test it out.

Just got through that mess. The west bound is backed up worse than that. the wreck that started it happened in lane next to me @ approx 1145am: Texas a-hole SUV tailgating a truck, traffic slows down suddenly in construction zone. Texas eats the battering ram trailer hitch on the Dodge Ram. Another cars slams into back of them. I'm coming back from Laffy at 1ish, saw SUV and 3rd car hauled off on wreckers. more rear-enders further back east on basin bridge as a result. Parking lot from Breaux Bridge to Grosse Tete. Then we sit in our own east bound parking for the same reason for an hour. Then aaalllmost home and there's another at I-10 & 110 merge east bound. WTF louisiana?!?!

I've never seen a state responsible for causing an entire direction of a main interstate to completely shutdown. Should adopt a cue from other states and have semis and trucks get their own lanes separated by a barrier so they can't merge over.

The little shite that caused it had already cut me off twice trying to pass on the basin. We were @ the MILs for an hour n half when we passed back by. So I know they had been there that long with no sign of moving.

Louisiana deserves the bad traffic it has. I love every time I get a report of a backup.

Have you ever been in Mobile when there is an accident in or on the approach to the tunnel?

Why on earth do y’all take I-10 everywhere?? You ever heard of hwy190 and hwy 90? Especially on a Sunday after a big holiday.. you should know better. Avoid I-10 from Lafayette all the way through BR and avoid I-12 too.

I've been lucky to severe limit any amount of time spent in Alabama to a very low number so no.

Hey
Don't write yourself off yet
It's only in your head you feel left out or looked down on
Just try your best
Try everything you can
And don't you worry what they tell themselves when you're away

AKA the people who can’t read their posted speed limit signs. I do think they are total BS though. Especially coming off that bridge into Krotz springs. 45 coming down a steep bridge is bs
