If I’m the lawyer, I’m bringing a bunch of stage make-up and a Brad Pitt wig to the pretrial detention area along with a nice suit and tie.
If I’m a juror, I’m listening to the facts to make my decision, but that tattooed mug isn’t likely to have any automatic sympathy points with me.

I'm a good bit older and don't know these guys but they are from my hometown. Nothing says hardcore gangsta like growing up in the mean streets of Central. I don't know how I got out.

I don't know anything about their childhood but I think their dad is a retired commercial airline pilot. If he's somewhat normal I feel sorry for him. Another part of me thinks that people like this don't typically come from a normal upbringing though.

It would be hard not to for your average juror. Someone like that looks like they belong in prison and would likely illicit some level of subconscious biasness in most people.

From what I understand he’s in prison here in Catahoula Parish at Catahoula Correctional Center. Should we send him a box of Ramen noodles from the OT? Beef or chicken? This lowlife doesn’t deserve shrimp.
