You need to put a rain gauge out and turn it off when you give it a 1/2”

I try to do 1in of water per week. You want to get water into the lawn and avoid runoff, if you can do that in one watering then go for it, otherwise so 1/2 inch for two days.

Sweep/blow off any fertilizer granules on concrete or you’ll likely have rust stains when they get wet.

I did this right before parade of homes last year and had rust stains all over the sidewalks and driveway. I couldn’t pressure wash that shite of.
