Lots of good lawyers

That being said, that is the one higher-level profession that has the largest number of absolute jokes that are employed within it

What’s the normal pass rate? If it’s 90+%, why not?

They can already intern for you. They just can’t do legal work. And unless you are in public interest, Rule 20 wouldn’t allow for it

The bar exam tests for minimum competence.

If it wasn’t there, the law schools, desperate for money, would admit every idiot who could scrape up or borrow enough to pay tuition.

The only thing that keeps them from doing this now is knowing that a low bar exam pass rate will expose the incompetence of their graduates.

With that in mind, that makes the need to pass the bar exam impractical. Basically, the bar exam doesn't test much of what practicing law really is about.

Well hell let's just get rid of the CPA exam to.

frick it why have any qualification requirements for anything.

The LSAT does that too. I know people who did very poorly on that who would likely have made perfectly good lawyers. It's just a way to keep law schools from admitting everyone.

Surely anyone with half a brain knows the constitution is completely shite upon and laws in general are misused in extreme fashion. With that in mind, that makes the need to pass the bar exam impractical. Basically, the bar exam doesn't test much of what practicing law really is about.

Man some of you are just so fricking ignorant.
