this new HWRF is pretty provocative too
Mark Sudduth has been banging the HWRF and HMON drum for a couple days now. He seemed befuddled with what they were showing, intensity-wise, and the fact that with TD-13, the GFS wasn't even showing the storm several days out.
It has all been a bit weird.
