In the latest video, Levi talked about the timing of strengthening for TD-14 near the Yucatan. It seems to be ahead of schedule compared to what he was thinking. He said future strength was strongly dependent on how strong it can get around the Yucatan. The stronger it is there, the better it can overcome shear and dry air later.
