Because the politicians of all parties in Louisiana don’t give a crap about improving the state as long as they have what they want. We have no jobs, terrible public schools, and a lot of crime.There’s nothing here that make people want to stay. People who are from here tolerate it because we don’t know any better, or stay because if family. Others get everything for free and don’t care. The ones who are really well off don’t care either.
Louisiana is a lot like Central America.

That’s hilarious because I’m sitting at a restaurant bar on St Charles Ave and not one single person, not even the waitstaff or bartenders are wearing mask
