Unless you are inside the expressway.
Even then the brewery will have to get a permit to serve in the street.
But yeah, basically this applies to no one.

There is no question the local media is complicit in this New Orleans lockdown crisis (really a tragedy). Where is the editorial arm of the Advocate/TP calling out these moronic and unscientific decisions by City Hall? How about Lee Zurik or David Hammer? Someone needs to call this out.
The only thing I have seen lately is a piece by Thanh Truong interviewing the guy from Rubenstein Bros. saying his iconic, multi generational family business is dying because of this.
Where is the journalism covering this major story? I thought we had Edward R. Murrow award winners running around this town?

No logic whatsoever to support being this restricted based on the numbers. The stupidity knows no bounds.

I agree with this 100%. I mean if Lee Zurik needs something to investigate, this is it 100%.

No time for that. Need to write stories about how racist the President is instead.

President of the Downtown Development District.

Superdome isn't included in her phase 3 policy; separate pilot program for Saints games. She hasn't yet responded to Roger Goodell's email requesting fans attendance at the dome.

It’s more of an embarrassment for shite WWL Radio that was late with the news conference and keep losing communication and cutting out

Breweries still closed "due to state" policy?

Realize the statement before was that the problem in the FQ and the entertainment districts are offering a place for people to hang out all night even after the bars closed.
Then they say these two districts are the first two that get an opportunity at increasing their capacity.
So your problem areas are being rewarded first.

so she is basically promoting walking around unmasked with a cocktail in your hand. the same thing she publicly denounced weeks ago. trying to get that spike to shut it down for the election.

Not enough time for a spike. Increases/Decreases have been taking place 4 weeks after major rule changes.
