Essentially no change whatsoever for at least 95% of businesses.

This is all so totally ridiculous.

This press conference is such an embarrassment. They're loving giving out this "strict" guidelines

If I recall, JP already said if New Orleans doesn't have Mardi Gras, they won't either because they don't want to deal with the crowds. Take that last point for what it is worth.

Solution: elderly people and people with comorbidities should be encouraged to stay home and avoid interaction with others until a vaccine is approved. EVERYONE ELSE SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO CARRY ON WITH THEIR LIVES.

Crazy, I know.

Are they saying that bars inside the expressway will be able to serve and allow people on the street for 'dining' but one's in neighborhoods can't?

Where the frick is Kristen Palmer, Lil' Joe, and Helena Moreno?

(FYI - - Williams is telling a lie, the other is drunk driving, and the Viet is working four jobs, eating greasy chicken. They get a pass. Jay Banks may have been lobotomized before he was even elected. )
